All Shields follow STS’s No-Surprise IT model, simple, predictable, monthly billing. For enterprise level clients (with 3 or more users) we do have a publicly posted SLA and offer contract terms.

Many clients grow from Tier 1 → Tier 2 as more devices or staff are added.
You can upgrade anytime.
Can I add more than 4 devices for backup?
Yes — additional devices can be added in packs of 4.
